The Inaugural Peach State Summer Showcase fielded 16 travel teams primarily from Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. College Coaches instantly loved the Concept of the Peach State Summer Showcase because we cater to all teams and attract really good teams.

The Peach State Summer Showcase continued to grow each year and in 2011 the tournament played host to 150 travel teams and over 350 college coaches. The Peach State has gained national recognition and is now viewed by many travel teams and college coaches as one of the top summer events in the country.

EVENT FORMAT

The Peach State Summer Showcase uses a pool play system where teams are placed in pools of six teams, each team is guaranteed 5 games in pool play. The top two teams advance from pool play to bracket play. The Peach State Summer Showcase’s format gives participating teams more opportunity to more opportunity to get the exposure they come for than any other event in the country.

EVENT STATISTICS

The inaugural Peach State Summer Showcase was held on July 12th-15th, 2003. There were 16 teams from 3 states and 75 college coaches in attendance. The Peach State has since grown into one of the best ran summer events in the country. The Peach State Summer Showcase games are played just minutes away from the Nike Peach Jam, which we rival each year. The games at the Peach State summer showcase are always competitive and the sidelines are filled with the coaching staffs from various college programs, professional photographers and invited scouts. Over 4000 people were in attendance. Comments from fans, coaches and the media acknowledged the excellence of execution of the event. Numerous players that participated this event were offered college scholarships.

EVENT VENUE

The event will be held again the USC Aiken Convocation center & Augusta State University.

These are two of the nicest Division II facilities in the country. This is very important to the success of our event, because the NCAA does not allow non-scholastic events on Division I campuses. The teams and college that attend the Peach State Summer Showcase are very pleased with our facilities.
